Terms of Service
The rules for using mawplugins.com and buying from us. The license for each plugin is a separate document.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of mawplugins.com and to orders you place through it. The website and the products are offered by Mondays at Work S.L., based in Madrid, Spain (see the Legal Notice for full company details). By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
The use of each plugin is governed by the License Agreement. If these terms and the License Agreement differ on how a plugin may be used, the License Agreement prevails.
2. Using the website
Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to our licensing service, or collect downloads, content or data from it with automated tools without our written permission.
3. Your account
You need an account to buy and to download plugins. Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is used to breach these terms, the License Agreement or the law.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when your payment succeeds and your license is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if we find a pricing error or suspect fraud.
5. Licenses, updates and downloads
A license gives you the rights described in the License Agreement, for the number of sites of your plan. Downloads and updates are delivered from our licensing service and require a valid license. License keys are personal and must not be shared publicly.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day refund. How it works, and how it relates to your legal right of withdrawal as a consumer, is explained in the Refund and Returns Policy and on the Right of Withdrawal page.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its design, texts, logos and the MAW Plugins name belong to Mondays at Work S.L. or its licensors. Rights in the plugins themselves are granted only as set out in the License Agreement. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
8. Third-party services
Our plugins work with services we do not control, such as WordPress, Divi, WooCommerce, HubSpot and Stripe. Their availability, changes and terms are outside our control, and you must follow their terms when you use them with our plugins.
9. Availability, warranties and liability
We work to keep the site and the licensing service available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Our responsibility for the plugins, including warranties and limits of liability, is set out in the License Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. What we store when you activate a license or download a plugin is listed in the Licensing and Download Data Notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders you placed before the update.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
